Charles Manne was raised in Tracy and graduated from West High School in 1997. He went on to earn a degree in Business Administration and later a Master of Science in Finance. After 12 years experience in corporate finance, Charlie began an insurance and financial services business in Tracy. He has served four years on the Citizen's Advisory Committee for the San Joaquin Council of Government. Charlie is currently the Chair of the Tracy Planning Commission where he has served for the last three years.
Family Oriented.
Charlie and his wife, Dawn, have two sons, Duncan and William and are expecting their third baby in December. They attend Grace Church in Tracy and enjoy camping, skiing and other outdoor activities.
